Demo website · 14-day buildHuskyHalo is a demo website, not a trading business. We invented the brand — an ethical outerwear label with a rescue-shelter mission — and built it end-to-end as a timed exercise: could a full identity and a responsive storefront go from blank page to deployed in 14 days without the quality slipping? The products, prices, statistics and reviews on it are all sample content used to dress the build.

Highlights
- Complete brand identity in 14 days
- Responsive e-commerce-ready website
- Reusable React component library
- Full launch ops: analytics, deployment, QA
Context
Why HuskyHalo exists
HuskyHalo is a demo website, not a trading business.
Starting from nothing meant making every brand decision at speed: name, palette, typography, voice, and art direction, then a storefront that had to feel premium enough to justify the price point while carrying a social mission without tipping into worthiness. That balance is easy to get wrong and there was no client to arbitrate it.
Studio role
- Brand direction and visual language
- Typography system design
- UX writing and content strategy
- Full responsive website build
- React component library
- Analytics and launch setup
Approach
- Set a hard 14-day box and worked end-to-end inside it: brand direction, typography, visual language, UX writing, and the full responsive build.
- Made brand calls quickly and moved on, rather than exploring every option — the constraint was the point of the exercise.
- Built the site with a reusable React component library so the team can extend it easily as they grow.
- Delivered deployment, analytics, and QA as part of the launch package.
Tech stack
What the build covered
- Brand identity and logo system
- Homepage and product pages
- Component library overview
Outcomes
- Blank page to a deployed, polished brand and storefront in 14 days
- Reusable React component library, since reused on later builds
- Proved the 14-day brand-and-site box is realistic when scope is fixed up front
- Stays online as a demo — the brand system and the build are the deliverable, not a shop
